We meet for a concerted hour for me to give you direct, immediate feedback on the topic of your choice. Some examples of ways to use that hour:

1) Revise your resume or LinkedIn

2) Write and review your annual review, ensure your peer and manager feedback is on track with your goals

3) Map your network and a make a plan for how to approach them

4) A final review of your project/plan to ensure all bases are covered

5) Do some mock job interviews and perfect your answers
